Third trimester pregnancy guide

The third trimester (weeks 28-40) is the final stretch of your pregnancy journey. Your baby is growing rapidly, and you're preparing for labor and delivery. Here's how to make the most of these weeks.

Hospital Bag Checklist

Pack your hospital bag by week 36 so you're ready when labor starts:

  • ID, insurance cards, and birth plan
  • Comfortable clothing and slippers
  • Toiletries and phone charger
  • Baby clothes and receiving blanket
  • Snacks and drinks for labor

Birth Plan Preparation

A birth plan outlines your preferences for labor and delivery. Discuss it with your healthcare provider and consider:

  • Pain management preferences
  • Labor positions and movement
  • Who you want present during birth
  • Newborn care preferences

Monitoring Your Health

Continue monitoring your blood pressure and tracking symptoms. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience contractions, water breaking, or decreased fetal movement.

The Nurtura360™ kit includes a blood pressure monitor to help you track your health as you approach delivery. Get your kit today.
